Chapter start still goes through Start a Chapter. Student accounts still go through an advisor invite. Emailing for a password reset of someone else's portal login will not work.
What not to send
Do not send student passwords, a screenshot of the portal, or a spreadsheet of emails. Do not send medical details about a real patient. Fictional cases stay fictional.
