What to shoot
A meeting table. A whiteboard with a real case. A service day after it happened. A prep session with printed packets. Faces that agreed to be shown.
Avoid locker-room candids, hospital patients, and screens that show emails or grades. Crop the frame so a visitor can tell what the chapter was doing.
What to write with the file
School name. City. One sentence about the frame. The date if you have it. Ask everyone in the photo before you send it.
How to send it
Email pictures to medi.link.edu@gmail.com. Put the school name and city in the subject or the first line. Keep a copy of the files. A message is a request, not an automatic post.
