Chapter resources
Use Chapter resources when the school already exists and needs materials, coaching, or a question answered. That path is not a second Start a Chapter form.
Reactivation
If the school already has a MediLink chapter but no portal, use the existing-chapter form. The same form also brings back a paused chapter. Do not file a brand-new school name if the old one still belongs to that campus.
